'I need to think of IE users so I need multiple hacks, tons of unneccesasry javascripting or better let some ideas go altogether' < = > 'As long as developers support IE there is no need for us [ms] to change/ add basic stuff etc. We still keep our users'
therefore you as an IE user will - unfortunatly - experience some issues (e.g. no fixed menu bar) while browsing this page. You can always switch to an other browser like Edge, FireFox, Chrome or Opera for a better user experience here and on other pages.
